🐛 Khimaira family move Dreadstorm is usable only by Tyger

Steps to reproduce

Fight Khimaira (optional - give it massive regain). Watch it never use Dreadstorm. Repeat with Tyger, and see that it can use that move.

Expected behavior

The move should not be restricted to only Tyger - it should be usable by all Khimaira family mobs. This restriction is currently set in the script of the move.
