Chigoes should still give exp and items if crit/ws does more than current hp

Steps to reproduce
Kill chigoe with weaponskill, crit, or ability, see no exp\drops
Expected behavior
If you crit/ws/ability on a chigoe and it exceeds their current hp then it should still yield exp/items and render the message "Player defeats the Chigoe"
But if you crit/ws/ability and it does NOT exceed their current hp then it should kill the chigoe and NOT yield exp/items and results in the message "The Chigoe falls to the ground".
this is also confirmed in the jp wiki: https://wiki.ffo.jp/html/2162.html - "As mentioned above, except for some NMs, Chigos will die instantly from damage such as WS, critical attacks, and abilities, but strictly speaking, if Chigos has HP remaining when using them, it will be defeated in one hit.
In other words, if Chigo has 500 HP left and you deal 400 damage with WS, it will die instantly, but if Chigo has 300 HP left and you deal 400 damage with WS, you will gain experience points. If Chigo has 200 HP left and you deal 150 damage with a critical hit, it will die instantly, but if Chigo has 100 HP left and you deal 150 damage with a critical hit, you will gain experience points.
Even if you get a critical hit with dual wielding, multiple attacks, DA or TA, you will still gain experience points if you can reduce its HP to zero in that turn." I'll have a capture to link but currently capturing and didn't want to lose my notes.
