🐛 Mob skills can interrupt casting in situations that it shouldn't

Steps to reproduce
Find a high enough level RNG mob and get shot at a bunch, with and without Stoneskin, and cast a spell of a skill granted only by your sub job.
Expected behavior
Mob ranged attacks should not be able to interrupt your casts, nor should mobskills that get absorbed by Stoneskin (provided that they do not inflict a status that would interrupt, of course).
To clarify, since I probably didn't word the issue properly. In addition to mob ranged attacks interrupting spell casts, physical mob moves that are intended to be able to interrupt are doing so when they're not dealing damage without inflicting a status that would interrupt. Example, interrupting through unbroken Stoneskin.
