Converts quest Rock Racketeer to IF Adds missing dialog

Pre-Reqs: Windurst Fame 3 Mihgo's Amigo complete Must not be on mission Lost For Words

Quest: Speak to Nanaa Mihgo (!pos 62 -4 240 241) - (must zone if just completing Mihgo's Amigo Speak to Ardea in Bastok Markets (!pos -198 -6 -69 235) Return and speak to Nanaa Mihgo (!pos 62 -4 240 241) Speak to Varun (!pos 8 -4 -10 241) Go to Palborough Mines (!pos -68 -7 173 143) and mine the Mythril Seam until you get a Sharp Stone Return and trade Sharp Stone to Varun (!pos 8 -4 -10 241)
