🐛 Not "true to retail" packets/responses for attempting to cast spells on pet

Steps to reproduce

Summon Carbuncle. Attempt to cast Cure on Carbuncle. The spell fails to start casting and you get the message "You cannot attack that target." Attempt to cast Protect on Carbuncle. The spell fails to start casting and you get the message "You cannot attack that target."

Expected behavior

Summon Carbuncle. Attempt to cast Cure on Carbuncle. The Cure spell starts/completes, and hits Carbuncle, but has "No Effect" (via 0x028) Attempt to cast Protect on Carbuncle. The spell fails to start casting and you get the message "Protect cannot be cast on Carbuncle" (via 0x029)
