🐛 Some fish have incorrect ranking making them difficult to catch with non-legendary rods

6. Attempt to fish a Bastore Sweeper
7. You will get a terrible feeling on every cast, most will break your line

Expected behavior

Fish that are well below your skill level should never give you a terrible feeling with a correct rod, even if it's not legendary. The following fish are affected by this issue and have a ranking of 99:

• Bastore Sweeper 12 skill
• Brass Loach 42 skill
• Trumpet Shell 63 skill
• Ca Cuong 78 skill
• Gigant Octopus 80 skill
• Garpike 83 skill
• Megalodon 87 skill
• Pirarucu 89 skill
• Matsya 150 skill

To compare a Ryugu Titan and Abaia, both 150 skill fish, only have a ranking of 34. Matysa is probably the outlier here as it should only be catchable with Lu Shang and Ebisu, the other fish should most likely have a similar ranking to other fish around their skill levels.
