Subtle Blow should affect TP fed by spells

Describe the feature

While digging around to try to figure out what's causing the issue in https://github.com/LandSandBoat/server/issues/5133, I came across the TakeSpellDamage function in battleutils.cpp and saw that TP fed to mobs was affected by their Store TP. Which made me wonder if Subtle Blow on the caster also affects it, and sure enough, it does. Both the BG wiki page and the JP wiki page say that it affects TP feed.
