What does this pull request do?

Summary of Changes Fixed issues with Teekesselchen and Xibalba. Added DropID for Peak Pugil and Boartrap. Included Abyssea T2 Mob HP using captured data.

Updated ID.lua: Corrected the name from "Teekeelsenchen" to "Teekesselchen" . Updated Table.

Updated Xibalba: Rectified the name from "Xiabalba" to "Xibalba". Edited the name in qm file and npc_list.

Modified Drop IDs: Included 3 entries for ID 1972 and 2 entries for ID 3013 in mob_droplist.sql.

Altered the Drop ID in mob_groups.sql referring to Peak Pugil. Adjusted HP values for Attohwa, Vurkel, and Misareaux mobs:

Updated HP values based on captures from Abyssea-T2-TEMP.rar.

Steps to test these changes

Kill enemies in abyssea Vunkerl, Attohwa, Misareaux Kill Peak pugil in Abyssea - Grauberg until they drop the H. Q. Pugil scale Kill Boartrap in abyssea -misareaux until they drop Spotted Flyround Get Decaying Molar from Sensenmann in abyssea - grauberg and then trade to ??? at D-8 near conflux 7 NM - Xibalba will spawn Get Bubbling oil from Sinister Seidel in abyssea - grauberg and then trade to ??? at I-5 near conflux 8 NM - Teekesselchen will spawn
