However, I was able to turn in Rabbit mantle and Lizard Cesti to Faulpie to rank up.

Expected behavior

1. no telling recipes and tells you test item when want to rank up.
2. both telling recipes
3. offer fee for support
4. offer leathercraft kits

I guess All crafting guild NPC's need to be checked.
