🐛 Action Packet Issue from Valaineral When Bound

Steps to reproduce

1. Summon Valaineral
2. Bind him
3. Have the party leader engage a mob that is out of range
4. Notice that a battlemod (windower addon) error is tripped repeatedly by Valaineral, around once a second

Expected behavior

The action packet is accurate and does not trip any Battlemod errors, just like the retail packet
