[Bug] Academy Craft Causes forge to not show missing mods

Describe the bug If you have academy craft and any other mod without its dependency, the game will crash without showing what the dependency is, this makes it hard to debug and figure out the missing dependency, forcing you to remove academy craft

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Download Academy craft 1.7.10 latest version
2. Download Not enough items but not code chicken core
3. Start minecraft
4. See crash
5. goto logs and find error Expected behavior Forge showing missing mods
