[Bug] Vector game breaking bug, and Melt downer ability not working as intended

Melt downer: Ray barrage doesn't do any damage after it hit the Silicon Barn. vector: after using Storm Wing i cant use the A key to move to the right ! (game breaking bug?)

Your issue with Storm Wing is already a bug in #712 - as listed there, you can try making sure you don't have any other keys in your pack bound to "A", such as the JEI bookmark keybind, as a workaround in the meantime. It should also fix the key after unbinding and re-binding the move left key.

As for the Meltdowner issue, might I suggest specifying the version of AcademyCraft you are using?
