[Bug] Multiple bugs

Describe the bug First bug is with shift teleportation, using it causes blocks to not to be placed. Second bug is with the same skill, blocks that are used gets duped, the used blocks do not get consumed. Third bug is location teleport is unstable when using betweeen dimensions, it might not always work as expected, but i am not sure if it might be because some other mod.. The way it is unstable is if i use the location teleportation from aroma's mining dimension to overworld, i may end up suddenly in nether instead, or far away from my intended location i wanted to teleport at.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: For first bug, use shift teleportation with any block, i used cobblestone. Second bug, same thing. Third bug, use location teleportation to teleport from another dimension to another.

Expected behavior I expected for first and second bug to work as intended, to place blocks with shift teleportation and consuming the used block. And for third bug i expected to be teleporte to my saved location without issues across dimensions. Works fine while in same dimension however..

• OS: Windows 7 Ultimate
• MC Version and Forge version: forge-14.23.5.2815 Minecraft 1.12.2
• Version AcademyCraft 1.1.1

Additional context I got this error during my previous location teleportation across dimensions, for some reason game froze to loading terrain and never loaded untill server was shutdown. https://pastebin.com/3qfaRbuC
