Can you upload this to Modrinth please?

What the title says, I am not very enlighted with licenses and I am not entirely sure if this someone else can publish it there, or it may be CurseForge.

(The reason I personally want this is because I want to make a private Aternos server for me and my friends but it can't be installed because GitHub isn't one of the Aternos-allowed pages where you can install mods to your server. Also, you can't upload custom mods into the server "mod" folder for security reasons)
