Fast Block Placing option isn't only limited to blocks

Describe the bug When right clicking other options while flying and aiming at a block, they will be clicked on a lot faster than normal

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: (simple way)

1. Turn on fast block placing mode
2. Get snowballs
3. Fly around while aiming at blocks and right clicking
4. Turn the camera so it isn't facing any blocks
5. The snowballs in step 3 will be a lot more frequent than in step 4 (it is also possible to hear)

Expected behavior Non-blocks should not be affected by the Fast Block Placing option

Additional context I've seen this issue happen with spawn eggs and snowballs/eggs, haven't tested anything else yet

This happens when you set right click to a keybind in vanilla as well ^^
