Entity shadow does not apply by Dynamic Lights

Describe the bug Entity shadow does not apply by Dynamic Lights, but block light does.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. /time set midnight
2. Spawn a mob
3. Holding a Torch (no entity shadow)
4. Place the Torch (entity shadow appear)

Expected behavior Dynamic Lights should apply entity shadow below entities.
