Goodbye packrat, hello renv

In the part "Computational reproducibility", packrat is evocated as a solution to manage package dependencies with R. I suggest replacing it in the text by renv, its successor, because packrat has been soft deprecated: https://github.com/rstudio/packrat

Thanks! I was reading about groundhog and I think I will actually replace pack rat with groundhog - this is a good extra push.

I did not know groundhog! I personnally use renv. After some minutes looking for some comparisons, I am not sure groundhog would be as good as renv. I am wondering how groundhog would deal with two versions released on the same date (for github packages). Renv tracks the state of a package at each commit. But I do not know enough groundhog to ensure it is not the best, so why not :).
