Mobs will still spawn when I set "DoMobSpawning" to false

Hi, I'm using "DynamicStealth-1.12.2.114.jar" and I have found a weird bug, if I set "DoMobSpawning" and then I leave and rejoin my world which I have created, the mobs will still spawn, is there a way to fix it?
