I think this will be a good practice, and by adding an issue moderator (for example, https://github.com/tachiyomiorg/issue-moderator-action), we can focus on real issues, not half-heartily created ones. What do you think?
This project is quite inactive so I dont really see the use of having good guidelines as I can read every issue or pr without having to filter out shit. Making overrestrictive pr/issues guides just makes it harder to commit or make an issue impo
