Cant generate epub from downloaded file

After i download a novel from boxnovel i cant generate the epub file.

I read epub file with external epub reader moonreader. I already try to reinstall quicknovel after update yet still the same issue

And also it could not read chapter from boxnovel and freewebnovel

what is the link of the novel that returns "error loading novel"

Unable to replicate, have you checked that quicknovel has storage permission?

Can it be because i restore data from backup with different version ? Cause after i tried random novel from the same site it works the same also for same novel in different site

And yes i already gave permission
