feature request: setting where you automatically equip every skill/equipment you get

when you get a new skill or equipment, it's automatically equipped. i watched someone on twitch doing this for weapons and souls in random DoS, it was fun.

suggested toggles:

• auto-equip even when it's something you already had one of
• toggles for which types of equipment this applies to (ex: bullet souls, weapons, accessories)
