New devices not showing up
I installed the integration through HACS several months ago with a H605C TV Backlight. Everything has worked perfectly. I recently got two new LED Strip lights (H617A and H6139) and no matter what I try, I cannot get the two new ones to show up in Home Assistant. I've tried getting new API key's, uninstalling and completely removing the integration and reinstalling, but nothing seems to work. Any ideas?
Same for me
Same Here, I have 5 sets of the H617A strips running, and I've tried everything as well. I need a little help in the debugging process for this. The App registers the strips with no issue; they work perfectly. Home Assistant integrations are not showing anything with the API setup. And the API key is less than a week old. Thanks in advance for some seasoned user support.
Same issue here.
Same issue here. I just bought an Outdoor smart plug and the integration won't detect it under my account. I've also tried a newer API Key, re-installing, etc.
Same here, my H613B not showing up
I have a new tower fan and it is also not showing up.
Same here, I bought a H5179 and it does not show up in HA even though I entered the API Key.

Same here, H5179 not being added as a new device.

Same for me. Did you find any solution in the meantime?

Sort of. I bought a plug and their thermometer so I could use HA to turn a cooler on/off that's in one of my rooms (basically a hodgepodge thermostat). Although I would prefer to keep all of my automation in HA, the govee app does have the built-in ability to run "Automations," so that's what I did. Actually works quite well, and will run even without HA running or internet.
Unfortunately those models are currently not supported according to the Govee developer documentation. See link below.
