Bold/Bold Italic issues

The two variants Bold and Bold italic are giving me problems, they disappear in indesign and now in excel despite being installed and working previously. Not really sure what the problem would be. Tried removing and reinstalling but same issue. Clearing font cache in Indesign allowed it to reappear there. Not sure what the issue could be.
