Disable Additional Particles

There needs to be a way to disable more particles because some, like Prismarine petals or whatever, or the wisps in the Deep Dark, currently can't be disabled.

Wisps will not spawn by default in the Deep Dark anymore, and Prismarine petals will be reworked
