[Fabric 1.20.1] [Effective 2.3.2-1.20.1] Game crashed while swimming up a waterfall

I was swimming up a waterfall that led down into a cave, and just before I reached the top, the game froze and crashed. The crash log indicated that Effective was the problem.

The ambient sounds stuff broke this mod. If you use version 2.2.2.1+1.20.1 then it won't crash
