Documentation: Remove instructions for OpenIndiana

No one has tried to build Ladybird on this OpenSolaris fork since the fork, and it doesn't have any vcpkg support.

Just FYI I'm working on adding support for Solaris/illumos to vcpkg for the express purpose of getting this to work again (although I'm testing with a toolchain built with pkgsrc on OmniOS, rather than OpenIndiana).
