LibWeb: Load fonts with Fetch

Fonts are the last place we were using the old, wrong, URL-resolution in the CSS parser. In order to fix that I also had to convert our font loader to use fetch, so that's another tick on the list in #2634!

Changes: CLion and I both missed that we have fuzzers that create WOFF/WOFF2 fonts.
