Can't register for exam for free

Recently I got a mail from my student mail ID to get the voucher before it expires so I went to take the exam. I already learned everything for the fundamentals so I was confident for the exam. But in the PSI page the voucher was not applied. I even logined through the college mail which has the github SDP. Read the doc and found out about Beta exam but no further info on tht i can find. Any idea on wht to do to get the voucher?
