Broken link of code of conduct in contribution guidelines

I've noticed that the link to the Code of Conduct in the contributing section of the README file is currently broken. This may hinder potential contributors from understanding the project's expectations regarding community behavior.

It would be great if we could fix the link to ensure that everyone has access to the Code of Conduct. Thank you! The problem i notices is here - Contribution guidelines I would like to request to assign this issue to me and please let me know that should i remove the code of conduct link from the file or add information on code of conduct to the file
