Can you try with the last release?

The same error happens, even when the game has the same name as on RetroAchievements.

I too am having this issue but with TimeSplitters 2 for PS2. The logs say this. 15-03 18:38:35.517|INFO |SuccessStory#PluginDatabaseObject`4:RefreshNoLoader(TimeSplitters 2 - 255a1ce5-16b0-42d8-ae27-6008c61ceba3) 15-03 18:38:35.517|INFO |SuccessStory#PluginDatabaseObject`4:Used SuccessStory.Clients.RetroAchievements for TimeSplitters 2 - 255a1ce5-16b0-42d8-ae27-6008c61ceba3 15-03 18:38:35.560|WARN |SuccessStory#RetroAchievements:No game find for TimeSplitters 2 with Sony PlayStation 2 in 10 15-03 18:38:35.560|INFO |SuccessStory#PluginDatabaseObject`4:No achievements find for TimeSplitters 2 - 255a1ce5-16b0-42d8-ae27-6008c61ceba3

And the game definitely has achievements. image

Actually right now, even on games that I already have it displaying retro achievements, refreshing the data gives the same "No game find" and "No achievements find" messages, so maybe their API is having issues currently?

Yeah, today without any changes the achievements are being imported fine.

Playstation 2 achievements are currently broken for me. Importing from RetroAchievements yields nothing, even if the game name is a perfect match. And as @NoShotz mentioned, even games which have previously imported correctly show "no achievements found" in the log if you refresh the data. However, achievements are recognized correctly if I refresh a game for any other system - so it's not just server issues or something along those lines.

I wish it was possible to manually tie RetroAchievements to a library entry using the page URL, for instances where automatic lookup is malfunctioning.

4/2 edit: Just to verify, the issue has not resolved itself and Playstation 2 games still erroneously fail to import from RetroAchievements.

4/12 edit: Still unable to import achievements for that set of Playstation 2 games, and the new set for the arcade version of Pang also doesn't want to import. Maybe a caching issue? It only dropped earlier today.

4/26 edit: This remains broken, and I'm also unable to import RetroAchievements for some recent arcade sets like Pang and Dig Dug.

4/30 edit: The Mario 64 hack "Mario on Indigo Island" also will not import, despite having a hash correct rom.
