How to use the feature used to move the screenshots in an unique folder isn't clear

I don't know if it's an issue in how I set it up or it doesn't work but after I put the global folder and move the screenshots to this folder they don't get recognized anymore by playnite, no matter what I do. A clearer explanation on how to use it would be great (for example, what is the game menu?)
