Problem in displaying skins
When you change the knife model in cheat, you also have a standard skin. Also, the skins for the gloves are all black.

you have to choose the skins in skin changer, if they stay all black try to press apply again and if it doesnt work maybe you have a software issue? idk hopefully it works

they work fine for me and many others, are you sure you checked the skin changer and not only the model changer? you have two tabs for each and they are also with both teams on.
