Adding new Protocol

Hey, i want to add a new protocol.

Sender is: 433.92 MHZ, ASK from ELDAT

I recorder the sender with my SDR. Its Always the same code. I would say its Manchster Encoded. But im not 100 % sure if its maybe only similar to manchster. Could sombody approve thats manchster encoded?
