Add edge effects to sensor model

Currently every pixel is treated the same in @craiglagegit's sensor model.

Eventually we should figure out a way to also do the calculation by the edge and use those pixels in the super-position or perhaps use some other technique so as to properly model the effect of the lateral electric fields from the guard rail etc.
