Include list of systematics in documentation

Currently the API reference does not include the classes in firecrown/likelihood/gauss_family/statistic/source, which include most of the 3x2pt systematics. Since these are one of the most important user-facing classes, they should be listed somewhere in the documentation. Probably with a link, since they're quite deep in the file hierarchy.
