Added notebook with depth/T/e maps

Following @wmwv's suggestion I'm adding here a notebook to build maps of different survey properties of DC2 Run2.2i DR6c as quick validation tests. This notebook creates maps that are similar to those I've been posting at #desc-dc2-validation.
