Make sound horizon, r_d, and z_rec accessible

It would be great to have access from the user space to the sound horizon at drag epoch, r_d, and the redshift of decoupling, z_rec. z_rec is needed for CMBLensingTracer and r_d for BAO likelihoods.

@carlosggarcia AFAIK there is no one single parametrization for either quantity. Which ones do you have in mind?

@nikfilippas If you're using CLASS (not sure about CAMB, but I guess too) these are already computed, so I would just take them from there.
