Investigate alternate extrapolation methods at high k

We are currently extrapolating our P(k) splines via a Taylor expansion at high-k. We should explore alternative methods to reduce the uncertainty. This will help improve accuracy (that could interplay with the baryonic corrections) and perhaps result in a speed up.
