CCL on wheels?

It has been suggested that we may want to include built wheels in the pip version of CCL. This may help with the many issues users have installing from pip.

This was considered early on, but deemed to be too much of a hassle, given our limited person-power. It may be that this is now easier to do, so we could give it a try.
