revive scarlet notebook using `btkv1` tag in scarlet repo

need to look at which was the last commit in pmelchior/scarlet that worked with the BTK scarlet notebook

• [ ] check what happens if we only run it in single resolution mode

This has been done in the scarlet side, @thuiop maybe now you can try to revive the notebook in scarlet with this tag? (and potentially add it to one of the notebooks that gets tested in the CI?)
