unable to load first virtual sensor

Dear all please I need a detailed steps to load the first virtual sensor. is it from /etc/gsn-core/virtual sensors or from /usr/share/gsn-core/virtual-sensor-samples and where is the destination I ll paste it? how can i display it in the firefox browser? Many Thanks
