Non-Pdb bank structures

Hi! For my master thesis I'm working with experimentally uncharacterized proteins and I only have a AlphaFold prediction. I am interested in using this program. Is it possible? I've been trying to retrieve local structures from my pc but I haven't been successful. I was wondering if it was me or it just works with strutures from PDB bank.
