I want to use 3DM-GQ7 ins on m1 macos, but the device is not recognized. Is the device's driver is not supported in m1 mac?

Hi Jae,

Unfortunately, the USB firmware on the GQ7 device is not supported by Mac currently. You can use a serial-to-USB converter along with our serial cable to connect to a Mac, or use USB with a windows or linux computer.

We will be releasing a new GQ7 firmware in the near future (think 2 months-ish) that we will be investigating a fix for this issue. This is near-and-dear to my heart personally as I develop on Mac as well!

Nathan
