Time sychronization of a PC

Hello,

I'll keep the question nice and short. Is there any method by which I could synchronize a normal windows PC clock using my GQ7?

For instance, I know some GPS receivers are able to output certain timecode strings that can be interpreted by software (like Meinberg MBGMON, for instance) and lock the PC clock.
