Broken Boost Link in BuildScript

We use your manual build scripts for building the library in our docker containers. It appears your link for boost in here is no longer working.

This is the link: https://dl.bintray.com/boostorg/release/1.68.0/source/boost_1_68_0.tar.gz

It actually appears bintray.com is being "sunset": https://bintray.com/

i just repclaced boost = https://dl.bintray.com/boostorg/release/1.68.0/source/boost_1_68_0.tar.gz with boost = https://sourceforge.net/projects/boost/files/boost/1.68.0/boost_1_68_0.tar.gz and it works.
