plugin error with venturechat

Server version: leaves-1.17.1 (Velocity)

Java Version: java 16

Protocol version: 5.3.0

PAPI version: 2.11.6 with player, server extension(lastest version)

Chat plugin: venturechat 3.7.1

InteractiveChat version: 4.2.16.0

Overview

At the beginning, venturechat works well and everything good. However, after I added InteractiveChat in this 1.17.1 server, every time players chat in any backend servers, this server will get a error while receiving the chat messages:

Additionallly, players on other backend servers cannot see this
