[Suggestion] Join/Leave Messages Hover Username Support

Hey, just a quick feature request following a suggestion I had from a player. I'd like for the hover-over username tooltip to also be displayed when looking at a player join/leave notification.

For context, I am using CMI and it doesn't display info for both regular usernames and nicknames on join/leave, but in chat both situations work.
