custom translations for resource packs using translatable component

Can you elaborate on where this could be used?

I don't think there's any other plugin that does this If the server has a optional resource pack then this could be used for something like emojis Example: player with RP would see emoji1 -> 😀 but for player that doesn't have RP he would see just emoji1
