Just added --fix to automatically fix auto correctable errors

Changed db schema to better support migrations change cover image for novels from image path to blob. UI and epub export/import, migrations ect changed accordingly.

idk what is the use of a span without style. The vast majority of times they just end up like fish faces ```` with no attribute due to the sanitizer...

Saving epub would sometimes fail if the src file in the figure tag in the downloaded chapter does not exist.
