Imported EPUB – next chapters are affected by the sort order

1. import a novel
2. set the sorting order to descending.
3. Open a chapter(for example chaoter 10) and click "next chapter" or simply a >

Chapter 11 will be loaded.

Actual behavior

Chapter 9 is loaded.

The app has already other problems related to the sorting order set in the entry screen. Some things MUST be ascending, always.
